Rush Court, CQC rated overall good seeks to recruit to the following role:
Unit Manager (Full-time) – 40 hours per week
£21.74 per hour plus excellent benefits (including training and career development opportunities, staff welfare and support and heritage working environment)

This role will involve assisting the General Manager and Deputy Manager lead a team of Registered Nurses and Care Assistants, ensuring that high standard, person centred, clinical care is provided to residents at all times in line with the NMC’s Code of Professional Conduct and Scope of Professional Practice
You will support the Clinical Care Manager keep duty rotas up to date, with the appropriate skill mix of staff, assist new staff complete their induction and other training and ensure effective supervision and appraisal of staff in the team
