This role will involve assisting the General Manager and Deputy Manager lead a team of Registered Nurses and Care Assistants, ensuring that high standard, person centred, clinical care is provided to residents at all times in line with the NMC’s Code of Professional Conduct and Scope of Professional Practice

 

You will support the Clinical Care Manager keep duty rotas up to date, with the appropriate skill mix of staff, assist new staff complete their induction and other training and ensure effective supervision and appraisal of staff in the team

Registered General Nurse
Part-time, Days – 12.7, 26.5 or 39.25 hours per week and Nights 11.25 or 33.75 hours per week, £ 19.82 per hour with paid breaks plus excellent terms and conditions, including flexible shifts, PIN paid and professional development. It is normal practice to have 2 Nurses on shift and excellent management support.
