Macmillan Coffee Morning 2019

This year’s Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning was bigger and better than ever at the Grove. We held a competition to see which cake was best with the judging panel made up of Grove Court residents. The winner was a chocolate cake cooked by one of our own nurses! We also had a bottle tombola and other items for sale. In total we raised £483.26. Thank you so much to the friends, family and staff who baked cakes and came along to support the event. Finally, an extra special thank you goes out to one of our residents, Mr Taylor, who’s wood turned creations contributed greatly to the kitty.
