As a member of the senior management team, the Clinical Care Manager will provide leadership and expert clinical practice within the Home, acting as a source of education and support to residents and staff alike. EFHL operate with industry leading staffing levels to ensure the quality of service to our residents. Halliwelll has a full staffing compliment, with this role usually working in a supernumerary capacity to the rota, other than time on shift to lead practice or cover unexpected absence. You will have previous team management experience in the provision of care services, demonstrating a ‘hands on’ approach to the delivery of care, a commitment to the company’s excellent working practices and the ability to inspire others to do the same. You must be an RN1 and have experience of caring for Older People. We are proud to innovate and during the last year have moved all of our residents’ records and medication administration into an electronic platform with mobile point of care devices for accessing and recording notes, significantly reducing time spent in administration. Our team rotas are also managed electronically for convenience of the team. Therefore, IT literacy is essential and training will be provided for our systems.
